This is the same nutter who's only solution for the millions of tons of Toronto garbage is to ship it to Michigan and bury it. Did you read all the comments. That's not at all the issue WRT the parks. The issue in the parks is that there are businesses that organize the seniors into walking groups for a fee. The city requires businesses to obtain a license to use park facilities. It's the organizers, not the seniors, that are facing enforcement.
