Valentines day, just another day for those greedy capitalist to make extra money. I guess this is the flip side to this day, then what about the people who don't have anyone to show affection to? They just want to you buy, buy and keep buying.

I baked a caked (yellow cake with chocolate frosting, from scratch) for my husband and myself. Very frugal, and delicious. Made with home-grown eggs, even.

I bought my wife 2 roses and a card. Last year I snuck into the bedroom while she was sleeping and laid rose petals all over the bed.
I dont spend alot, but I try to have fun with it.
