This is the kind of thing I want to do when I get my land. Build a nice little house, have a garden, somewhere with some acres so my kids and their kids later on can come by and play, hunt, learn to shoot, and have a good time in general. Something I own free and clear.

My reply was about because its from Russia/Moscow and I bet less than 10% live that way and all the others live either in goverment apartments or shacks on small farms without power and to drunk on cheap vodka to now how to plant seeds.
