No idea, to be honest, kinda the same happens to me from time to time, there are some websites that are blocked without reason, I have tried everything i can think of (delete temp files, cookies, change firewall settings, get new IP, check with ISP, try another browser, etc.) and nothing, and then magically it works out!. Moody internet.
