Architect Vincent Callebaut has drawn up designs for a flooded world. A bit like an idealised waterworld with floating islands hosting up to 50,000 people ea and hopefully no pirates.
I thought it could be a nice idea to go to sleep in London and wake up in Bermuda but alas the idea is that these things are permanently anchored.
