In Canada, we have governance of certain legislation done not by courts but by adjudication bodies. And, they are not subject to traditional definitions of evidence, or the right to be silent, or the concept of innocent until proven guilty.

Its a shame, some of the things that have been done in the name of labour relations, some aspects of commercial law - such as communications and human rights.
