Something encouraging

Every so often I read an article from here or some other doomish place, and since we all sit in one room on our computers, we talk about whatever the topic.

My husband has always been Mr. Free-Market-and-Technology-Will-Save-Us, but the other day he said, "well, it's good that you're making sure the house has enough food."

Hey, congrat's!

People seem to be comming around lately. My sis (who always accused me of being a "fear monger" or "Doomsayer") reciently said to me (with panic in her eyes) "Ya know we've never lived in really bad times...and I really don't want to".

Probably the best acknowledgement I'm going to get from her :)

Well cornucorpians in the know all prefer Catalina and Ranch salad dressing while consuming back issues of Popular Mechanics and other publications.

You see that's how the free markets and technology work.

It's funny how when it's on the news all of the sudden what you've been talking about all this time doesn't sound so crazy anymore.

It's good, though.

I'm glad the word is getting out, even if it's kind of a depressing word.
