The first one has must see/read tour of the Super Collider project in Texas which was dead in 1993 due to going wayyyyy over funding allowances.

Just reading about that project makes me think we lived in a different era of cheap energy. The energy requirements must have been crazy for this place. One month of power useage in that place during the years it was thriving would probably run my house for 100+ years.
