Considering the recent attention given Peak Oil in the mainstream meadia, is PeakOil.com experiencing any traffic anomalies as a result of people becoming more aware or curious about PO?

Just from my unscientific observations, we seem to be getting more "Tourists". I think the tourists will convert to posters when oil hits $100 a barrel.

For hard stats, Aaron is the man.
If you give a man a fish you will have kept him from hunger for a day. If you teach a man to fish he will sit in a boat and drink beer all day.

Do the tourists linger over particular forums or threads? Do we know what exactly people are coming here to see? That would be very useful to know.

Aaron- The Last 24 hours search feature doesn't work anymore, that was my favourite way of zeroing in on new posts, and it just runs for up to a minute and then comes up with gibberish.

The problem is, of course, that not only is economics bankrupt, but it has always been nothing more than politics in disguise... economics is a form of brain damage.

Thanks Aaron!

So, if I'm reading this right, there's really been no spike from recent PO publicity. I'm surprised.
