NEW YORK - The chief financial officer of oil and natural gas developer Newfield Exploration Co. sold 22,354 shares of common stock, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
In a Form 4 filed with the SEC Thursday, Terry W. Rathert reported he sold the shares Thursday for $48.05 apiece.
