Leadership

Anyone ever studied, trained or worked under a strong leader?

What did you gain from them? When they left, what happened to the group?

Do you think you have leadership skills yourself? Why or why not?

I've had a couple of decent bosses - but they are very difficult to find.

The best leaders are honest, intelligent, responsible (and willing to place responsibility on others above and below them in the food chain) and know and accept their own limitations, and accept that those people who work for them might even know more than they do.

98 percent of people don't fit this definition.

Do I have leadership skills myself ? Yes, but my major downfall is that I'm not very interested in accepting responsibilty for other people's actions - so I only consent to lead when absolutely necessary.

My thoughts entirely.
