That idea is distinctly fishy.

On the subject of fish I thought it was high time that the fish symbol was stolen back from the Christians who stole it from pagans in the first place. Of course, for pagans it was never really actually a fish. The symbol of the Church of Ultimate Naked Truth is the pink fish, with the initials of the church optionally displayed within the heart of the fish.

Some people may suggest that our symbol is in bad taste but I disagree. It is far more tasteful than the symbol of execution and torture that Christians use. It is a symbol of life, joy, birth and the renewal of life. To those who do not have eyes to see it is just a pink fish. Honi soit qui mal y pense.

Religion should be a matter for adults freely choosing. The Church of Ultimate Naked Truth will never recruit children, the religious indoctrination of children is a form of child abuse. One day teaching religion to a child will be regarded as being as distasteful as teaching your children to hate people of a different race. “I want my child to be as intellectually screwed up as me and it's my constitutional right to fill my kid's head full of superstitious lies to see that it happens” is hardly the mark of civilization.

Membership of the Church of Ultimate Naked Truth is free and it lasts a lifetime but not one second longer. Membership ends at the moment of death, at that point you're on your own.

There are no obligations required of members:

* No pilgrimages
* No fasts
* No dietary taboos
* No dress code
* No prohibited nor compulsory drugs
* No prurient fascination with your sex life
* No silly initiation rites nor barbaric genital surgery
* No one off or ongoing requirement to give money
* No church buildings and no services

When Christianity was imposed on the Roman Empire Goddess worship of various kinds was too ingrained to be swept away so much of it was perverted to fit a new meaning. The fish symbol which appeared on temples throughout the empire was now said to stand for Jesus the fisher of men and a cod Greek acronym was invented to justify this blatant forgery. But that does not explain why it is the Vesica piscis that is used and not any other fish symbol. There are lots of fish symbols out there that don't look like vulvas, but the Christians never use those or explain why not.
