As resources become scarce relative to population, HawkMan has a good algorithm for survival of the superior elements. Those unwilling to fight or unable to win must be pruned from the population. This will make the species stronger - just as it has in the past.

As I recall, the HawkMan in the Buck Rogers series from the 1980s was a pretty tragic dude--the last of his kind, no one to mate with and he had to fly around in space in a fighter because his wings had been eliminated through some kind of mutation.

That feather head piece with the leather outfit was pretty cool, though.

So I guess there are different kinds of HawkMan stories, some more conquering and heroic than others.

Hey there PMS! Hey so I was down in St Loius for a week on a business seminar and met the lady that worked for the agency that set up the seminar. She was muslim. very attractive too.
