All the people that are against the system, never liked capitalism's proposition and live what are referred to as bum lives. Some are jobless some like me just work on the fringes of the system but are pretty bad consumers. Now when the truth comes out suddenly those people have their world view given this massive confirmation. The effects of this are unknown, but like the butterfly causing a monsoon in india it could be great cultural time
The reason things seem bad now is because the power hungry people always make the first moves, they aren't lazy, they get up at 9 and work hard all day. So it's no suprise to see neo-cons, or blair, or leader xyz assuming more power. All the while the rest of us were too busy enjoying ourselves, working on autopilot, but the good people. So its just a matter of waiting for the lazy assed to start making waves for the next phase of the whole shabing. Democracy has to be threatened before we'll be bothered to do anything serious, then things will start looking up
All because of the bums and freaks that scrape out an existence in the sunset strip or congregated around sources of light and heat
It makes you think doesn't it?
