$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('frankthetank', 'I') wouldn't get too excited. Its seems a lot of people around here think their backyard is the best thing since sliced bread, but to be honest, i doubt very many places will NOT feel the effects of coming global crisis.
The place I lived in before (rented home) was a morass of residential zones and I had to walk 25 minutes to go to an area that had a convenience store and a liquor store. It was B-O-R-I-N-G. I hate driving and I avoid it like the plague.
My backyard has a FUTURE SHOP right next to it. Although I tend to look down upon frivolous purchases, I like the fact that I can go to that store and buy a classic movie on DVD. Just the other day I paid a meagre $7 for a Vincent Price DVD boxed set from the bargain bin. I've watched THE LAST MAN ON EARTH about 20 times since then.
My neighborhood kicks a**. It's way better than sliced bread.
$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('', ' ') Sure you have the oil, but ever wonder how they get that oil (Natural Gas) and what kind of mess it makes? Did you watch the 60MINutes episode on it?
I don't live in Northern Alberta. I haven't seen the 60 minutes episode but my father in law works for a natural gas producer and he tells me all about it.
$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('', 'P')ersonally, you couldn't pay me enough to live in that artic tundra... I think its bad enough here!
On second thought, i could maybe hack it for June/July/Aug...
