This one is starting to bum me out.

Lokutus, you seem to be a little down in the dumps lately...you used to be a flurry of nutty and irrevrent posts with a zany avatar.

Now you seem to have assumed a more sullen outlook with avatar to match.

What's ailing you buddy?

Yeah I'd be the first to give a Lokutus a Coke and Smile, or a Redbull. Since I can't justify calling Oregon and making a 79 cent charge on my debit card, how about a good neo-con joke? In the spirit of good will from a righty, here ya go.

Q:How many Neo-cons does it take to screw in a light bulb?

A:Depends on if they were appointed before or after Bush.

Life just got really busy a couple of months ago. The switch from the Ed Grimley avatar to the mug shot signalled the transition.

I'm hanging out more and more in the Hall of Flames.

Since virtually every thread here goes off-topic or end up in a flame war after the third post, I think the Hall of Flames has a bright future.

Hell, modureiters even publically resign in there now...

Ouch!

You are a bad boy Schwein, kickin' a mule when he's down.

Poor ol' mule.

He wasn't mudureiter material anyway.

He belongs here at the sublevel together with us subhumans, spamming, joking and laughing and running around naked at the campfire with a cold beer in his hand.

Ouch is right!

I bet that tin star has to pinch without a place to pin it - they should replace the pin with velcro I guess.

I've always liked the Planning forum most. It should actually be called the Doing forum, though, because people talk about what they're actually doing, which is encouraging. :)

Hands down - Planning for the future. When I get really bummed, I head there and re-read old threads about green-houses and goat cheese. Anything concerning trees, chickens, compost, and bicycles is also reassuring in my book!

So I gotta ask, Schweinsaxe, Lokutus, where are you guys getting your avatars? Mugshot.com? It's creepy. I feel like I'm looking at a police lineup.

I actually like this one even better than your previous one, Schwein. I can imagine this guy is you and I can see myself sitting down and sharing a beer with you. But when I looked at the picture of Kurt G. I was just overwhelmed by feelings of my own mathematical incompetencies.
