The days keep on passsing....

Unread postby jupiter422 » Sun 29 Jan 2006, 00:26:21

I'm wondering if it is just me ,but doesn't it seem like the days have been accelerating along faster and faster, building more velocity with each passing day.
It's almost as if time is in a hurry for tsthtf

I was also thinking what peoples thoughts were on this ,"what if"

What if the hype about War&Iran is just another way of covering up the rise in oil prices.
All the headlines lately speak of prices are rising due to all the various speculations of U.S, Isreal ,Great Brittian, and Iran..also the news doesn't let us forget about China's growing demand.
So what if this is the medias way of making the rising price seem related to something other than peak.
Just a "what if"

Anyhow the, day's are just racing by anymore.

Yes, they do seem to be racing by; but from my point of view, they seem to be racing by because I don't seem to be getting anything ACCOMPLISHED, and I'm growing frustrated, and I feel powerless. I have all these big plans that I want to carry out, and I just seem to be marking time or even moving BACKWARDS. I'm not sure about all the 'yammering' that goes on about Iran...it could be about Iranian plans to build nukes, OR it could be about the Iranian Oil Bourse that's scheduled to open up in March. I suspect the latter.

"time" itself is in a hurry for the end.

I know what all the bickering about Iran has to do with, but I was suggesting that even with just the speculation of action, you will see oil prices are going to rise and ofcourse the media is going to hype it all up to herd the sheeple and make huge profits for the oil companies aka media sponsors. The sheeple will just relate the prices to the "possible action" or "possible sanctions" of the U.S. so the media exploits speculation.

Yeah, you're probably right....it would make a very good cover story and people are already jittery, but not HALF as jittery as they would be if they were to learn the truth. That way, people "not in the know" would say " oh those damn (flavour of the month objects of hatred); we'll fix them and then the prices should come down". Then when we finish with those bozos, someone else becomes the 'enemy', up go the oil prices until we deal with them. Yes, a convenient cover-up indeed - and the populace are being played like finely-tuned fiddles!

I think it's all a matter of perception, the more you hang around here the faster things "seem" to happen. All along we have been moving at the same rate of pace. Just like if you asked a Christian if this seems like the "End Days" with all the war talk from Israel.

I know next weekend I plan to take a break from Peak oil and go backpacking.
If you give a man a fish you will have kept him from hunger for a day. If you teach a man to fish he will sit in a boat and drink beer all day.
