$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('', 'T')he deal, which still requires endorsement by the U.S. Congress, is meant to prevent thirsty southern American states from diverting massive amounts of water to their own jurisdictions.

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('', '"')We hear musings from time to time (from) southern California, Arizona, New Mexico of their challenges to supply fresh, potable water to their populations," Ramsay said.

"They look north and they see the Great Lakes as the largest supply of fresh water in the world . . . and sometimes they get visions of sugar plums dancing in their heads, to use a seasonal analogy."

don't worry though, once water becomes to expensive or scarce, the market will drive research in to a suitable substitute.

You know, water is abiotic!

(You can put a bunch of leaves in a plastic bag then put it out in the sun and get water! Bio-Water! Yeah!)

There's no shortage of water on this planet. Just shortage of drinking and watering water. Of course, converting seawater into drinking water often requires energy...
