Dear all,
The world has reached its capacity for secrecy and contradictions... it seems to me that this is the human food chain
1. corporations
2. government
3. military
4. citizens
As you can see are government is controlled by corporations. Why else would ads for ambien be on tv? give em anything they don't need to make a profit.
I think a lot of us on here want society to collapse. it gives us a fresh start away from the constant repetitive ads and bs shoved down our throats. If peak oil happens i see one thing here in the US. CIVIL WAR. Civil war will happen when the people realize the true way our country is run. I can't wait

I wouldn't count on it. People are hoplessly clueless.
People actually think that they have freedom in this country and that their votes matter. I watched them celebrate it last 4th of July.

what a ridiculous statement. You want to see the US plunged into financial ruin and civil war so you can be freed from TV ads? How exactly do they shove it down your throat? there are no telescreens as in 1984, if you find the ads objectionable, turn off the damn TV and go outside for a while.
So, if society crashes and we are thrust into civil war....how do you feel that this is going to solve your problems? What fresh start is it going to afford you? What makes you in any way confident that you will survive to take part in any fresh start should there be one?
I say, be careful what you wish for, you just might get it.
