Everything is like this, everything is just bullshit that Humans think, It's natures way to make stability. In reality humans follow authority, only very strong persons can ignore it, moral peolple with less emotions most often.

The sad thing is that the "legal" slaughtering is sanctioned by the heads of states, whereas the illegal may be a protest from people who have a legitimate grievance. Don't get me wrong, I do not condone slaughter under either condition but the little guy who presses the button of his remote is no more guilty than the big guy who sits in a plush office and tells his aides to knock the bejabers out of a people or a person. The commandment says, Thou shalt not kill. It does not attach a host of essential use exemptions or the means to declare them.
