We might have to get used to cannabalizing each other to survive. When all the food runs out, they'll be plenty of people! I heard scientists are actually trying to grow meat from test tubes, so who knows maybe we will be ok for a little longer.

Considering the U.S. is the world's most obese nation, there won't be a shortage of "food" any time soon. Anyone want the leg?

I remember a while back seeing a refugee camp in Africa where there were obviously thousands of starving people. What struck me was the dignity in which they waited for food, many only hours away from death.

I suspect many in the West would not behave as well. We're too used to everything being done for us.

I made the mistake of going to a sale like this once. One minute you had relatively normal calm people laughing and joking. The next, a bunch of wild animals!

I attended a football match in Holland last year. After the match, 500 cheap, plastic, 1-euro-a-piece, orange footballs were thrown in the crowd. It was really embarrasing to see adults falling and fighting over and with each other just to grab one of these balls
