This character is onto the same themes as Simmons: lack of any new fields, and lack of human resources in exploration and engineering.

I was interested in one thing: namely that individuals and small leaseholders are liquidating part of their oil leases because they believe pricing to be favorable right now.

They will be saying "d'oh" in a couple of years when it is even better.
