$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('bodigami', '.')..i just want to work in something i like; university is getting boring... most of the knowledge i have studied in this past years is self-taught; therefore i have no paper with fancy signatures and seals probing it.

University is never meant to be boring, if this is happening, something is certainly not working correctly.
It is possible the university itself isn't worth going to and teaches nothing of value, but that would still be your fault for not having ferreted this out prior to joining.
I've always thought that the only real way to get value from a university is to march in, sign up for the toughest classes in the toughest major, and see how your brain pan stacks up. Find out early if you've got what it takes to take advantage of what a decent university can offer, and if you can't, hopefully you'll know early that maybe its best to do something else.
Boredom certainly shouldn't even show up in a scheme like that.
The self learning can certainly still apply after exiting the university, I've considered going back for more, and have, but never for a full degree in something anymore, just to take advantage of learning more on a particular topic.
