I think they have it a bit backwards tho'. It's not that grumpy people are smarter, it's that smarter people tend to be grumpier because we see beyond surfaces and recognize that Disney et. al. sold us a colossal bill of goods. We see the shit beneath all the Shinola...

So wouldn't it be smarter to just go with the flow, you know, swallow the other pill? Surely happiness should be a goal?
