$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('Ludi', 'I') make up stories as I fall asleep. I have an entire alternate persona and life in my imagination. Seems to work fairly well and keeps me from dwelling on problems. The plot moves very slowly as I usually fall asleep before much can happen.

Yes! It's better than counting sheep jumping over a fence! I just return each night as I restlessly toss and turn to the heroine in my ongoing mental novel who's the best of what I could be, and her adventures using her survivalist and prepping education to survive and thrive among the savages populating the wild world she found by falling through the time portal... :-D

Hey, works for me! Next thing I know, it's morning and that jerk across the street is warming up his lowrider.

This past night I felt unease and wasn't falling asleep. Thankfully I eventually felt asleep.

Lately, at times I feel sick, but time passes and I realize it is just my imagination... my only real disease is my mental disorder (the name doesn't matter, since it is useless for a cure), which haunts me now and then... sometimes it is funny, but it can be painful at other times. :(

How easy is it to just accept a diagnosis& become a guinea pig for big pharma? Most of the diagnosis were unheard of a few decades ago.

People don't follow the basic rules of life, then they suffer.

I went through 8 sleepless months when I realized what PO really means.
Got some poxy pills which nearly killed me before I realized the denial of my then intimate partner was making it infinitely worse.

Left her, home, job, scene etc. Went looking for a new life.
It cost me everything I had but now I am as happy as I think I can be in the circumstances. My wife now is not obsessed about PO but she knows all about it& cries when we talk about it. So we have an agreement.

I do preps, she does normal. When TSHTF she is ready to drop it all and run with me to wherever I think we will be safe.

If you need to sleep, just drink a cup of chamomile tea, 2 shots of rum or whiskey or scotch & then shag the wife or S.O. Guarantee you will sleep.

I suspect that pharma invents a drug first, then invents a "syndrome" that needs to be treated (not cured, we don't do cures anymore) by the drug.
An ideology is by definition not a search for TRUTH-but a search for PROOF that its point of view is right

Equals barter and negotiate-people with power just take

You cant defend freedom by eliminating it-unknown

Our elected reps should wear sponsor patches on their suits so we know who they represent-like Nascar-Roy

Work and you need to sleep.
The legitimate object of government, is to do for a community of people, whatever they need to have done, but can not do, at all, or can not, so well do, for themselves -- in their separate, and individual capacities.

I do! (with a h)

Seriously though, my mum would have problems with your suggested diet.

Her motto was always, 'Eat like a King for breakfast, a Prince for lunch and a Pauper for dinner.'

I have tried it when on health kicks, and it does seem to work.
