Did someone force you to have an abortion? If so I know someone who you should talk to. He cares much more than any of us can ever imagine, or attain to. You claimed to know Him once. Come back now to the safety of His wings.

No-one forced me to have an abortion. I'm extremely grateful to my husband for protecting my uterus from unwanted fetuses by HAVING A VASECTOMY. I recommend all men who are against abortion get a vasectomy.

Jesus is LORD, amen.

I'll give you guys the best advice your are ever gonna hear, repent and believe in Jesus, submit to the teachings of the Bible and learn from Him.

Few people understand what the early Christians actualy believed about Christianity so I will lay it out for you here in an exclusive behind the scenes look.

In his sermon on Mars Hill the Apostle Paul confronted the Greek world and he included this statement,

'He made from one blood, every nation of mankind to live on all the face of the earth, having determined their appointed times, and the boundaries of theri habitation, that they should seek God, if perhaps they might grope for Him and find Him, though He is not far from each one of us; for in Him we live and move and exist, as even some of your own poets have said, 'For we also are His offspring.' Being then the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Divine Nature is like gold or silver or stone, an image formed by the art and thought of man. Therefore hvaing overlooked the times of ignorance, God is now declaring to all men everywhere that they should repent, because He has fixed a day in which He will judge the world in righteousness through a Man whom He has appointed, having furnished proof to all men by raising Him from the dead.'

Acts 17:26-31

Now, let me be clear, true Christianity is about sending that warning and that call. The earth is the Lord's and the fulness thereof. It is about world revolution, but in it is an inherant warning. God will not forever strive with man. Now are the days written about in the Book of Revelation, we are watching the fourth seal opening (Revelation 6:7,8.) Today is the day of salvation, and salvation is free to all who call on the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Understand this also,

(Revelation 11:17) "We give You thanks, O Lord God, the Almighty, who is and who was, because You have taken Your great power and have begun to reign. The nations were enraged, and Your wrath came..."

also,

(Revelation 11:15) "And the seventh angel sounded; and there arose loud voices in heaven, saying, "The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord, and of His Christ; and He will reign forever and ever."

and,

(Revelation 19:15) "from His mouth comes a sharp sword, so that with it He may smite the nations; and He will rule them with a rod of iron"

You see the Bible ends with that Book because it 'reveals' the intention of God. Jesus will subdue all the nations and rule from Jerusalem. Christianity is profoundly revolutionary regarding the current order, or the new one, and teaches that every nation will submit to Christ in the end. This is part of why the book also speaks of great persecutions arising against the true church in the end times, because the peoples of the world view the idea of Jesus returning and subjecting them to His rule as a vile thing to believe, a hateful and undemocratic thing. Really, what an undemocratic notion, that Christ will be a self-imposed world dictator (the spin I am sure will be given to it by His enemies.) But in fact this is what the Apostles preached and believed and died for. That the Church would make the invitation to come to the feast because the time was very short, and when the time was up in God's time, there would remain no excuse that could be offered. When the Lord arises to take His place, and to destroy the kingdom of the antichrist (who will appear to be very democratic by the way), there will be no time for excuses.

So I hope I have enlightened you all a little bit about what the Bible actually teaches about Christianity. I hope that by some chance some of you might actually read the Book of Revelation and understand it.

God bless.

What about all those poor souls who were around before Jesus? They didn't know they could turn the other cheek. Isn't this something of an oversight by his Dad?

Voice_du_More you do not understand. It is you who must repent. At this blog, many of the posters are the enlightened progressive left. For them there is only one true God....Obama be thy name.

Here Christianity is evil, Government is the answer to all, terrorists are missunderstood and the unborn should die in the name of sustainablity.

Now let us chant as "the one" taught us..........I believe, I believe, I believe! Yes We Can, Yes We Can ,Yes We Can!!!

Until HopeNchange..........................amen.

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('Shannymara', '')$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('pstarr', 'H')e has the whole world figured out already.

I think that might be related to his age. The older I get, the more shades of gray I can see and the less I know.

The older I get, the more clearly I see Black and White, Good and Evil, Stupidity and Intelligence.

It has nothing to do with age. Alex is an Idiot. Some folks are just born that way, not much you can do about it.

Ahhhh..............so I'm the idiot and you are the blowhard! What a pair we make! :)

A quote from the prophet of "a frozen wasteland "concerning our friend Reverse Engineer..........

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('', 'Y')ou talk big, but in the end you are just a man on the internet who can't get enough attention on his own so he needs to go somewhere else to get his attention fix, and repays that place by trying to chase off some of the contributors who helped make it what it is by calling them "pigmen" and "lapdogs."

You are a blowhard. And an ungrateful, self-centered one at that.

Don't worry RE. Just continue to explore and educate yourself (which you seem to be doing, that was not sarcasm), and this phase too will eventually pass...

What, I'm not allowed to be petulant and petty occassionally? There is some rule here I have to only produce sage wisdom for the ages? Granted, I delivered a low blow which was uncalled for, but peridiocally it blows my mind that readers here all of a sudden grasp that this isn't just about the Sub Prime lending fiasco, but in fact is a much deeper problem than that.

Anyhow, my apologies to Sixstrings for losing my cool. He is a very good reporter and provides valuable information all the time. I just got too full of myself, which is a danger when you think you know it all of course. LOL.

Regardless of all of that, whether the world is Black & White, Shades of Gray or Technicolor, Alex is still an Idiot, and I am still a Blowhard :-)
