$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('POAlex', '')$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('pstarr', 'T')here is no one missing link, rather we are all Gods and unique in our own creation. HippyTrippy enough for ya?

Look at where the idea we're gods came from.

"But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die. And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil." (Genesis 3:3-5)

Satan.

Alex

There's a lot to the story of creation. The evolutionists read this stuff and say humbug. The truth is comming out slowly.

Serpents (double helix - DNA), the tree of life, the fruit of life, adam and eve (us and them), etc.

The fallen Angles (aliens) created us as a hybrids thousands of years ago. This is the truth.......

The Human species has been on earth for millennia, but not as we are today and this was NOT done by evolution.

Read the creation myths.

Are you saying the Bible is really out there?

Study the archetypes.

Evolution - man from monkeys is a lie.

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('', 'T')he caduceus as a Medical symbol: The link between Hermes and his caduceus and medicine seems to have arisen by Hermes links with alchemy. Alchemists were referred to as the sons of Hermes, as Hermetists or Hermeticists and as "practitioners of the hermetic arts". By the end of the sixteenth century, the study of alchemy included not only medicine and pharmaceuticals but chemistry, mining and metallurgy. Despite learned opinion that it is the single snake staff of Asclepius that is the proper symbol of medicine, many medical groups have adopted the twin serpent caduceus of Hermes or Mercury as a medical symbol during the nineteenth and twentieth centuries.

Like the staff of Asclepius, the caduceus became associated with medicine through its use as a printer’s mark, as printers saw themselves as messengers of the printed word and diffusers of knowledge (hence the choice of the symbol of the messenger of the ancient gods). A major reason for the current popularity of the caduceus as a medical symbol was its illinformed [03] official adoption as the insignia for the Medical Department of the United States Army in 1902.

I'm not a Bible thumper. But, there is great knowledge in this sacred text. I don't even consider myself Christian.

Name me one (1) Religon that supports the 'Theory of evolution'?

What are some recent evolutionary changes within humans? Or what are the current trends right now?

Obesity!
Not really an evolutionary trend?
I'll try harder next time.

Believe the lies you are told. Explain the JUMP from Monkey to Man for me? Tell me about the 'missing link'. Believe the hisStory about the Great Pyramids of Giza ONLY going back to 2,500BC and built by primitive man. You believe what TPTB want you to believe. To keep the truth away from you, they have control over your mind and soul. You are unaware but you THINK not.

taxonomy and evolution in about 10 minutes... enjoy
http://www.wimp.com/newinfo/

no need for any tampering, we didn't descend from monkeys but are related to them and to all life.

you can actually go through the causal chain of descent, there is no need for any tampering, not saying that it's impossible, just that there is no need.

People are binary thinkers. If you say you have a problem with the dogmatism of Darwinian evolutionary theory, they immediately think you're a creationist. Natural selection is turning out to be one of many different evolutionary mechanisms. It's not either/or.

Margulis mopped the floor with her ex husband, Sagan. Sagan popularized previously known science, Margulis was/is a pioneer. She promoted the theory of symbiogenesis, just one more evolutionary mechanism.

So, that would be no then. And even if you can, so what? But I can name you a religion that regarded the notion of the earth orbiting the sun as so unacceptable that Copernicus had to wait until he was nearly dead before he dared to publish his findings to that effect, and Galileo was tried for heresy and later imprisoned for life.
The theory of evolution doesn't need a religion to support it to be valid, any more than heliocentrism does.

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('vision-master', ' ')Explain the JUMP from Monkey to Man for me? Tell me about the 'missing link'.

1. Do you even know what monkey is, VM? The primates you probably have in mind are no more monkeys than you are.
2. Who told you there was a jump? Not even a jump , but JUMP?
You are only 1% different from any chimpanzee. 1%. I'm sorry if you don't like it.

PS What happens is that you are getting older and more and more afraid that there won't be any inter-stellar travelling with your alliens, jumping on the clouds with Jesus, reincarnation or whatever. Tell me, if we will give you evidence that would convince YOU that evolution happened, and happens right now, will you be happy or even content? The answer to this is no. Its comforting to think that none of your ancestors was hairier than an Armenian and that none had more than 1 pair of nipples. Its comforting to think that Jesus is there waiting for you and you'll be watching over your grandchildren playing in the sand, while snacking on ambrosia , sitting on the cloud and jiggling your feet.
Don't get me wrong, I'd love it too if there was something there. Sorry.
