Oil consumers gouging producers?

Just curious what price level constitutes gouging of the producers.

I would say any time you are payling much less than what you would be willing to pay. If gas was $10 a gallon, I'd probably be buying the same amount I do now (not all that much). So I'm taking them for everything their worth right now.
