Alex Jones has been 100% correct about everything he has said. He predicted 911 a few months before it happened. Not sure why he doesn't get peak oil though. He had that one d-bag Lindsey Williams on his show who predicted this HUGE oil price drop, so maybe he just gets bad advise. Still not sure how Lindsay knew about this price drop. Something very fishy. I think Lindsey is a shill, and he was tipped off by the controlled price manipulation being done. Something is causing this decline and it's not the normal markets. I could be wrong though.

Also, don't miss the late Bill Cooper's "Hour of the Time" Radio Show from January 2000 on Alex Jones, and how the latter terrified all his listeners on Dec 31, 1999 regarding what would happen at midnight of Y2K. People were so frightened that they literally ran for the hills. Like Cooper says here, the reason for this Y2K fear mongering was to hopefully, from the government's perspective, create so much fear that people would do something stupid towards the government - stupid enough to implement Martial Law. Fortunately it didn't go that far. In perspective, we know nothing serious happened at midnight of 2000. Cooper looked through Alex Jones already 7 years ago.

Think of it this way, so, hundreds of people have let info slip and have disappeared, (chip tatum, kay griggs, etc) but AJ can run around saying anything he wants (except the truth) and he is fine?

Ok I am listening to the first one. The guy says that the pirates are doing that because the European fishers have fished out the Somali coast. I heard this before but I don't know if anybody buys the idea. Guys with lots of weapons saying their fishing boats are empty. This sounds a lot like th MEND in Nigeria. If no oil esxists for them as in Nigeria then only fishing exists and just like in Nigeria the Western fishers have stolen their only existing resource. So the only answer is terrorism for them. In this case piracy. MEND has been attacking the oil platforms on the west AFrican coast and tankers. It is no surprise that the pirates on the Eastern African coast copy this tactic. They have nothing to lose.

Thanks for the info, I'll read about the people and events you mentioned.

I don't actually like Alex too terribly much, but he's one of the loudest voices getting the truth out there and he gets my respect for that. He is a complete ego-maniac and his grandstanding annoys me. I also think his product pumping on the show is somewhat misplaced and should be more qualified.

I actually saw him once here in Austin around 2003. I was in the Radio Shack on Oltorf Road at South Congress. There was a long line of about 10 people and the counter person looked stoned and the line was going no where. Alex was at the back of the line and he started to get real antsy and fidgety like an ADD kid. Finally he yells out "CAN I GET SOME HELP WITH THIS MIKE STAND HERE!" and he actually cut to the front of the line, paid, and huffed out of the store. I thought he was a pig prick after that, but I have to acknowledge his accuracy over the past few years.
