You could now be arrested for that statement.. (Patriot act)
Guy Fawkes Night (also known as Bonfire Night, Cracker Night, Fireworks Night) is an annual celebration on the evening of the 5th of November. It celebrates the foiling of the Gunpowder Plot of the 5th of November 1605 in which a number of Catholic conspirators, including Guy Fawkes, attempted to blow up the Houses of Parliament in London, England.
(Now tell me, how did they smuggle enough gunpowder underground over time to actually blow up the whole houses of parliament? Wouldn't that be a *gasp* CONSPIRACY? Can't happen then, no way to involve so many people.)
It is primarily marked in the United Kingdom where it was compulsory, by Royal Decree, to celebrate the deliverance of the King from old world order tyranny, until 1859, but also in former British colonies including New Zealand, parts of Canada, and parts of the British Caribbean.[citation needed] Bonfire Night was also common in Australia until the 1980s[citation needed], but it was held on the Queen's Birthday long weekend in June in some states (e.g., New South Wales) and 5 November in others (e.g., Victoria). Festivities are centred on the use of fireworks and the lighting of bonfires.
Always with the Secret intelligences blowing up buildings eh? What is with that?
Hopefully if Obama has any brains he will dismantle the intelligencs agencies (You know, the ones that gave us info about weapons of mass destructio which didn't exist, The ones who fingered Osama 30 minutes after the buildings were hit yet who don't have enough info to charge him with any crime yet put a 20 million bounty on his head... those guys.)
Crack the bad eggs, keep the good.
