I started this thread because it seems to me that the most dangerous people in our society have a lot of cash and because I believe cash will be king for a few years, maybe even a decade. I’m curious to hear everyone else’s thoughts on this and how it will affect your life and where you live?

I foresee this being a big problem for the world but maybe it will just be the US. What do you think?

Actually food, water, and protection(the bad criminal kind) will be the growth industries. Even human trafficking is not outside imagining.

I guess what scares me is that I may (but don't) have a lot of money in the bank and earn a good salary but the drug dealer down the street probably has a lot of cash on hand. He doesn't need to go to the ATM or wait in line to pull his money out of the bank.

This would probably be the same for all contraband dealers.

I envision the rise of many crime bosses and gangs to levels that could actually out number or over bear the measly salary of our law enforcement officers.

I guess I've never thought about what occurrs in Russia but I've always heard there are very powerful crime familys.
