Premature evacuation would be generally a good thing, as there is less of a panic to deal with along your pre-determined route. Premature ejaculation, on the other hand just sucks, you don't get the full enjoyment out of the act of sexual intercourse.
Perhaps mgibbons was reffering to the idea that she might pee and/or soil her pants when TSHTF?

Why not arrange 'peak oil jane' like the member photos and have various pictures that change with each new page. Something for everyone. Personally I'd like a medium aged lady included and then we'd have the maiden, mother and crone theme.

Peak oil Jane is just learning and in training. Aaron and I try to "learn her" good when we have time. If you ask her peak oil questions, she does ok. She needs "input" like Johnny Five in the movie"Short Circuit."

Why all the negativity? We need a bright spot or two on this site. We should slowly add age to this picture as we head further down the oil production cliff. By 2020 (assuming the site stays up) she can look like that old hag, but until then...

Thanks for all your hard work guys, for making this site.
Looking at the despondent soviet alcoholics makes me wonder if there are any Russians on site, as their country seems to be a model for what the US might start looking like. Then the Russian peak oil site might have some despondent american alcoholics for their amusement.

If any of our graphic experts would like to take a stab at it please do.
The idea was to imply that Jane is an evolving entity and that appearances can be deceiving.
It's kind of funny actually... I suppose it depends on what you bring to the table that's most important.
I saw the original Jane photo as a bright-eyed young woman with an easy smile and youthful optimism.
Apparently some of us saw that picture in a different context.
But then I see that pic through my own eyes, and not yours. As a forty year old American male, my yardstick for romantic relationships is pretty simple:
If I have shoes older than you are... forget it.
Which is in opposition to many of my contemporaries attitudes.
