"PEAK OIL" license plate

I thought it might be fitting to have a license plate with the words "PEAK OIL" on my Honda Insight hybrid. Judging from the response (or lack thereof) it seems that most people are completely unaware of the subject of peak oil.

The Insight is a big improvement over a Hummer, but the plate would look even better on a bicycle.

I own a silver Honda Insight too! Great pic!
But here in Texas, they only allow 6 letters on a custom plate.
I guess I have to get "PEAK OL". Kinda has that Texas accent in it...
And I guess I have to drive all the way to Big Spring, Tx, to get a pic of my car by the 1.65 MW wind turbines.
What a waste of gas!

It's license registration time again. Ok, so I still haven't decided on which custom plate to get. This one?:

Three letter words are tough. I will post more soon if I think of them.
Nice Insight. I am keeping mine and plan to convert it to an EV after the engine dies and if/or when batteries become more affordable.

I plan on attending my niece's wedding in Colorado Springs, CO, in August. It will cost about $141 round trip for gas. I guess I'll make a pit stop at the Big Spring wind farm and take another picture. I don't know if I'll have the new plates by then, though.
