Someone in US should open EMP treatment clinic.

I think, at present Eric's ideas are BS, but they are coherent with laws of physics as we understand these, so in the future such devices may well be made.

In any case it is relatively easy to make small flux compressor, generating sufficient EMP to destroy such microelectronic devices in suspected victim body.
I like a concept of neutralizing very high tech warfare with relatively low tech means.
