Ok look, I did some dumb shit in college but wow.....Even my dumb shit completely pales beside this! I actually think it might be a spoof, I really cant see anyone being THIS dumb......right?

Actually, as long as they are running GFI breakers, they are just being stupid but not particularly dangerous. GFI breakers that are rated at 4ma maximum differential will hardly give them a tingle.

They will likely get plenty of nuisance trips, which might lead them to bypass the GFI, at which time the real fun could start.
Stop filling dumpsters, as much as you possibly can, and everything will get better.

Just think it through.
It's not hard to do.
