Great report...too bad the only ones to read it will be true believers. The rest will remain blissfully unaware. No doubt they will mumble something to the effect that the economy is just great.

A very good report, but as far as I know a report only and not an action plan for the State of Conneticut.
They also said this:

Who said Mad Max was the worse scenario? We in North America are meeting the challenge of post-peak oil on the same level as an individual meeting the challenge of going down Niagra Falls by using a wooden barrel.
It's already over, now it's just a matter of adjusting.
