What a dunce.

I always liked the fact that Bush has this tendency to disengage his mouth-brain connection just long enough for truths to slip out from time to time.

Clearly GW is not the mastermind of anything, but he's heard enough from the real power brokers that we should pay very close attention when he invokes specific Illuminati phrases like 'order out of chaos':
