In the past there were no true copies of this book online yet after finding one that appears to be genuine I have decided to create this thread.

The Secret Doctrine

One may enquire - How do I know that this is indeed an online copy of an original? Because I happen to own a very old copy and some of the newer versions, I have read them all through and through and it is clear that the newer copies have been changed/altered/perverted/subverted...

I am aware of the attempt to discredit the society, attach theosophy in general to national socialism and Hitler and to further discredit H.P. Blavatsky and her cohorts.

I believe I am delivering the key to the keymaster as odd as that sounds. Enjoy.

The Ascended Masters fit the Biblical description of th Fallen Angels.

Maitreya fits the Biblical description of the Beast, Man of Sin, Antichrist.

Shouldn't it concern you that Bible prophecies written thousands of years ago are clearly fulfilled if this falls into place as it is thus far?

From a Biblical perspective, theosophy is Luciferian/Satanism repackaged.

If I were to enjoy some dogma with you I would ask "How many people did Satan kill as is written in the bible?" and then "how many people did god kill as is written in the bible?" yet I do not believe in either and I really do not get the same kick out of dogma like I use to.

I could also proceed to tell you how Roman emporer constantine I and the council of nicea literally BUILT this book.

Wait a second! That's not the Secret Doctrine. I think you have instead stumbled across Raphael's Book of Knowledge.

I have read some of Annie Besant's theosophy books and she was a very good writer and I found her ideas to be very interesting. Equating theosophy to religion, at least as she explained it, however, seems misplaced to me. It seems much more like philosophy. As far as whether Satan was just tricking me into thinking that, I don't know.

NEOPO, as you are reading this thing, post some page numbers with particularly insightful passage (if you want to). The first volume, Cosmogenesis, is 676 pages and the second volume, Anthropogenesis, is 797 pages. I'm a strong reader, but 1400 pages of theosophy takes a pretty strong appetite for the occult.

If we were to judge the message solely upon the messenger none of us would be here.

What I suggest is to read the book or STFU as to not read the book and then repeat a bunch of comments made by other people is juvenile.

I am fully aware of the effort made to degrade theosophy and it's early founders and anyone with half a brain can go online and find this out for themselves yet they can also do the same with Peakoil, climate change, the rise of the police state etc etc.

Simply tell me what you believe in and watch me degrade it, rather easily I might add...

Now, actually read the book, read other similar texts, have a good understanding of science and religion and one might be able to find some insight.

Some of these human animals will never see and so it must be.

You are quite arrogant to believe that I would dig deep and somehow miss the points made in something like red moon rising yet this is a common trait amongst those of your ilk. To assume, arrogance and ignorance.

I was reared a pentecostal, my father figure was a minister and we spent many many hours in church. I was given my first bible at an early age yet I did not read what they told me to in the order that they wanted me to, instead I read it all many many times through and through.

When I was doing my own research I had many books layed out on one table as theosophy is a comparative study.

Now, have you watched Zeitgeist? As it speaks for itself as well...

Tex - I have read this compilation as well as Isis unveiled and many other theosophical works and in the case of book II anthroprogenesis I must have read it 4-5 times and referenced it many times thereafter yet I am not currently re reading it.

The best I could do would be to fetch my notes which are in storage with all of my books and in that way give you some page numbers that seemed relevant to me at the time yet at that time I was still a bit dogmatic and thus looking for clues that I felt I needed to dislodge the mangod theory from my mind.

I was successful yet I could not shake the external christ messiah concept until recently. I came to realize that whatever this christ stuff was it was not outside and the property of a church but within us all and within our grasp to be. It is simply altruism or at least that is what I believe.

I was fortunate enough to stumble across an early copy of Anthroprogenesis and to have the money to buy newer copies to compare. Hmm yes comparison is the key! 8)
This is the only reason I could post this one as it appears to be genuine.

Currently I am reading a compilation of classical works such as plato and socrates which is more then 2000 pages so give me some time please :)

Ultimately I posted this with Raphael in mind as it seems he is uncovering many truths that were already uncovered by those who came before him. Science is only now starting to unveil supposed "secrets" that the ancients were fully aware of...

The problem or rather the reason so many could not see these simularities is because
1- they did not wish to see it
2- the changing definitions of words/symbols/concepts
3- that the church has tried to maintain a monopoly upon peoples minds.

Hopefully you will be able to come to the realization that most modern and new age religions such as christianity play upon the ancient theme of duality the same as our current political system of red and blue. "Two choices only and only as we see it! You must choose! " :lol:

NEOPO, what problems, if any, do you have with the teachings of Jesus Christ as recorded in the New Testatement? I'm asking for a real answer, not anything about getting his ass kicked, etc. from your other posts.

What I am talking about here is just the Basic Jesus package, only the teachings. No resurrection, no son of God, no Trinity, no Holy Ghost, no miracles. In other words, not the Premium Jesus package that they sell at churches. Just the kindness, humility, love, patience and rejection of materialism and institutions.

Although there are plenty of stones to throw at modern churches and various interpretations of the New Testament, I find that if you just look at Jesus's teachings (removing the miracles), it's pretty insightful, and not too dissimilar to many teachings from Eastern traditions.

Sometimes I thinked Jesus gets trashed just because some people don't like Christians. Based upon Jesus's comments about institutional Judaism, I'm not sure he would like a lot of Christians today either.

Your thoughts?

On the subject of the Secret Doctrine, I read up on Annie Besant a little last night and apparently there are supposed to be volumes three and four to the Secret Doctrine. Do you know anything about this?

Something I need to read it seems and I may have had knowledge of this yet did not investigate much at the time.

Ok, concerning Jesus.
Yes, People will turn away from belief systems simply because of the actions of the supposed followers and this applies to pretty much any belief system and its followers.

For instance: If people perceive peakers to be asshats simply wanton for population reduction etc etc... then many could easily turn away and disbelieve geological evidence.

Correct, the teachings of Jesus seem to be a blend of many previous teachings/belief systems. I have very little problem with them and tend to believe if anything that I am a true christian yet the name/title has become so perverted I would not normally admit to this.

Surely the rise of the term "anti semitism" would be one reason some people would turn away from the teachings of Jesus who supposedly said something very bad about the jewish people :)
Some people could seize upon these "supposed" words to justify their racism.

As it is today one can hardly speak a word about the zionist (elite jews) without being branded a racist/anti semite. These Zionists are jewish only by blood as they do not follow judaism and if they do they do so like today's modern christians who like Jesus said "go to church in order to be seen at church".

Ok finally my main reason to dislike the teachings of Jesus is because so many would manipulate them to make people believe and to convince themselves that there is nothing to this life, that it is nothing but darkness and evil and that there is no purpose to it but a suffering.
I may even agree with this theory in principle yet I am also human and desire justice and peace in this life/existence as well as in any others that may come so I strive toward it just like Jesus did otherwise why make such a seen in the temple being used as a market? :roll:

The number one issue with the church is that it is trying and rather successfully I might add to have a monopoly upon altruism, that is to say that only through them and their understanding of these teachings may one become a better person and/or a better soul...
Ultimately I believe that they did not cover up these truths as well as they could have/would have liked and this provides a small opening for true seekers to perceive what appears to be the truth.

A good example of this would be where Jesus says to the centurian "if you believe then it is done" and this is true faith.

Theosophy explains or rather points to the thought that Christ is a spirit that is with us eternally, not a man or a woman, no external source, only from within us all.

Our ability to save ourselves in life and in death, to preserve (save) our souls/all that we are minus a material body.

I would have to say that there is nothing wrong with the teachings of Jesus minus the premium package 8) which is nothing more then manipulation of past religions and also that this is the root of all religion/spiritualism i.e. kindness, humility, love, patience etc etc.

A good example of this according to the words of jesus would be his two commandments "love god" and "love one another" as if we were capable of doing these two things then we would not need 10 commandments and on and on. i use to ask "christians" "how many commandments are there for you to follow" and then laugh when they said "10". I do not ask this question anymore and it no longer provokes laughter when most answer "10".

I believe that if we could simply love this existence (god stuff/spirit) and love one another (again, god stuff yet material) all things would fall into place.

I hope this explanation is worthy and would receive the approval of those who came before, are with us now and the seekers to come.

We rarely appreciate that which comes easily and so perhaps it is this all-to-human trait that requires this path to be a hard one to follow with so many lessons to be learned along the way. Perhaps many are destined to go on, to be reborn and have so much more to learn that these manipulators do indeed serve a purpose. One can only theorize and attempt to justify their existence.

That is a shame that Deschner is found mostly in German. But then not surprising if you look at what he has done.

I read him in Polish. :-)

I ran across other authors but Deschner is a Giant in this department. A Sherlock Holmes, meticulous.
