Okay, I'll bite.
Thanks to my genealogy-fascinated Grandmother, I know I am a Heinz 57 mix. She uncovered a lot of ethnic variety just going back a couple centuries. I am the biological product of Russian Mennonites on the maternal side, Scottish Highlanders (Isle of Skye), Black Africans on my paternal side, French, Dutch, criminals, paupers, peasants, farmers, artists, writers, Mayors, entrepreneurs, sailors and a lot more. The more she dug, the more interesting and varied it got.
The last option is the only valid one for me. Even if you can trace your ancestry back to the 14th century, there was always someone in there who found the "different looking" guy or gal doable.
