$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('', 'H')e is strong in the saudi thread but otherwise not, so of course he does not stray far from it.

Yeah, and that's why I listen to him. He knows what he's talking about when discussing oil. He knows more about the subject and the industry than most of us know about any other subject.

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('', '
')RD thinks the industry is not in or will not soon be in terminal decline yet that runs contradictory to everything we have learned here no?

It seems like he does recognize that fact, which is why he strongly recommended reservoir over petroleum engineering since the emphasis will switch.

Neopo,

Age of whatever is passe, Ive played that series out long ago. Same for MOH. All good games for sure, just done far too much of that to be any fun anymore.

Lately for me it's usually a good session with BF2 or BF 2142 for online stuff. Call of Duty is decent too but what I really enjoy lately is Company of Heroes. It's a great game.

Done a lot of flight sim stuff online also. Anyone familiar with Janes F-18??

Ok Mekrob - good luck.

Come on AP, passe is passe :lol: Bored is as bored does.
AOE conquerors is like chess on crack and chess has been around quite a while and I am always up for a game of either.

Some of these games are never the same and once you love a game it rarely gets old.

The last Janes I recall was Raptor which was way too long range for me but micronazis sim 3 is pretty good and would be great on a large scale sim with 100's of people at once.

Ultimately I would rather play real sports if the opportunities abounded and I think that they may in the next half of my life.

No it does not matter - what matters is what class your parents are. That will determing your life path up until the revolution/meltdown. How you do up until then is predetermined. Don't worry your entitled little head about it.

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('', 'Y')eah, but it's because I didn't try.

As a college instructor I have one question: then what the hell are you doing taking up classroom space?

You're the kind of student we teachers detest.

Furthermore, why come to an internet forum to have your carefree ego stroked?

That's funny. Because never once did my professor seem to have disdain for me yet some random guy off the internet automatically detests me now.

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('', 'F')urthermore, why come to an internet forum to have your carefree ego stroked?

I've simply come on to ask a real question (and I thank those that replied). Would it matter much given the recent future's circumstances? I'm trying to not flip out, but I definitely don't want to be carefree about it or else I'll land myself in the same boat next semester. In fact, I'm planning on buying my geophys and E&M book right after my last final so I have something productive to do next semester.

I'm in college and taking a Survey of Physics course and I tried my hardest but it will be a miracle if I can get an A. I think I might but it depends on the final which is tomorrow. I salute anyone in hard sciences and I guess that's why they're called hard.....

Good for you! If you try hard, you can settle for less than an "A". To aspire for one in the first place is a good sign. I tried to be a science major for two years, and given the difficulty I encountered, I admire anyone who can pass a course load in science.

It's your choice to be there. Use your time well.

Thanks killJOY, actually I am studying to be a paralegal or possibly a lawyer if I find this greed in me grow too large but there are Areas of Inquiry required for my four year college and I have to complete them. Physics is the hardest course I have taken in college so far. There was a time when I thought I wanted to be a nurse until the nursing tests messed me up so anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, etc. don't measure up to physics. I hate significant figures. I am getting better just in time for the end of the course. Our instructor knows it is hard so he will let us drop our lowest quiz and test and if you attend every class, as I have, then your grade is increased by 5 percentage points so an 85 becomes a 90 and so forth. Dropping my lowest test which was an 80% I have 87.5, 90 and 96 which average out to 91% so if I get an A this semester it will be just squeaking by. That being said I have done well on the labs but physics is HARD!!!! Again, I salute everyone taking it. Thanks again for the comments killJOY.
