I found this site when I joined livejournal a couple of days ago:
So Very Doomed

It's a frequently updated compendium of all doomer news from across the world and includes economic doom, energy doom and food and water doom.

I find it very helpful for keeping up with unfolding doomer events so I thought I'd post it for anyone else who might find it useful.
