Paris, France. That town is just a few more riots away from imploding.

Stateside, I'm going to put my chips on Phoenix. That town is about to dry up and blow away. It does have some stiff competition from Las Vegas though.
But how the world turns. One day, cock of the walk. Next, a feather duster.

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('oowolf', 'u')h, "Bangle-desh" ain't a city. How 'bout Las Vegas; Terminal Existential Nausea Syndrome.
Good point! However I voted Bangladesh since they a severe problem today with flooding and it will only get worse. They are also too poor to do something about it. If we only talks about cities I think Lagos would have a problem in the near future.

I vote Pheonix, a major quake or strategically placed nuke and all the water goes away!

I'll take THErapists for $500. hehe.

Really... Mexico City first. Mexican government collapse, then hoards move North. LA the first US city to be affected (San Diego doesn't count).

Not immune, just not large enough in the context of the question. San Diego will get rolled over but the enormity of the situation will not be appreciated until LA falls... you know... swimming pools... movies stars :)

Any yes San Diego is a damn fine city. Shame to see it go.

Nice zoo I hear.

What is Johnny Carson's jacket?

Correct!

I'll take Tomahawk Mishaps for $600, Alex!

Who thinks Alex really needs that mustache? He's doing without it these days, it doesn't really work if you ask me.

Here are my top 5 picks, in order of likelyhood:

1. Tehran - airstrikes and mass migration
2. Mexico City - mass migration
3. Tokyo - nuked by North Korea
4. Sao Paulo, Brazil - civil unrest
5. Las Vegas - destruction of Hoover Dam

I'm voting for Miami.

Demographics
30% under age 24
30% under the poverty line
60% Foreign-born
It's already the "second most dangerous metropolitan area in the United States".

Race riots for $300, please Alex.

Elevation: not more than 15ft above sea level. Three feet on average. Better than New Orleans, but it has five times the area and four times the population. If we have a Katrina-style event in Miami, FEMA will be ten times more worthless than they were in New Orleans.

Dehydration Versus Dysentery for $200, alex.

Sorry lateralus. I'm afraid that's incorrect. The answer we were looking for, "What is Bill Clinton's attack on a Sudanese pharmaceutical plant with no links Al Queda to distract the public from his impeachment trial."

Of a thousand burning bridges
Sifting through the ashes every day
What we thought would never end
