So, what's everyone's chinese astrological sign. I'm a water tiger. And is there any true astrological believers on this forum?

probably not, but I am born under the sign of the bull. Maybe that explains things.

I am a dragon.

I studied western astrology for many years. I do think it has validity. Classical astrology is a pretty complex "science". Quotes there for sceptics. Perhaps people who use it well incorporate some intuition as well.

The night before the '06 elections I predicted the Democratic takeover of the House and Senate after a brief look at the election chart.
Regardless, I don't use it very often these days.

I'm a monkey.

Chinese New Year isn't what it used to be. During my parents time, all races in Malaysia got together, anyone could eat whatever they wanted in public, so long as we told everyone which dish was pork/beef/whatever.

Nowadays, CNY happens to be just that. A new year specifically for the Chinese. I noticed that the shopping malls and radios are playing less and less CNY songs as the years go by. Looking around the houses in my neighbourhood, the faces are mostly the same colour, yellow.

Ah well, for what it's worth. Happy Chinese New Year everyone!
