That's easy. This deadly device weighs less than one ton. It has permeated nearly every home in the modern world. It will KILL 25% of all people who come in contact with it. Inside its steel casing rests the deadly payload.

That's right, 1/4 of us will die as a result of this machine. What is it? The refrigerator. With its lethal cargo (ice cream, bacon, butter, cheese, beef, pastries, etc.)

Heart disease still remains the #1 killer in the industrialized nations.

Theres probably enough nukes on this planet to kill everyone many times over. But this doesn't matter, what matters is the people that control these weapons, or armies. We would hope they would react responsibly with the tools of war they have at their finger tips. But unfortuntely the Bush administration has become the next Nazi germany. Starting preemptive wars based on lies and deception. With the biggest army on the face of the planet, who will stop this monster before it invades again ?

They are two different things.

I personally think the most dangerous think on Earth is human stupidity. The reason being that stupid people breed in excess and don't push for technological development to solve the problems that they create.

Smart people often do (unless they are somehow on the payroll of the oil companies).

The most dangerous weapon in existence would have to be a weaponized version of ebola, that has like a 5 percent survival rate, and spreads through the air.

If that ever gets out of Africa, were screwed.

I feel an airborne virus like the Avian influenza would kill Millions of people. Reports have been in the news for a few years, though I fear that they have been reported to prepare(desensitize) the world for a Man-Made super virus. Of course their will be a cure, which would be provided for in V for Vendetta style by our own goverment that created it. This would might help when TSHTF. Why is it when we read books like The Stand we all feel like we would be that one survivor.

Fear of the unknown gets my vote for dangerous weapon. followed by slingshots and then foul language.

Fear of the unknown seems to be an umbrella that shades many other weapons; ignorance, pride, greed, etc. Stupidity (even though I voted for it) seems more like a trait rather than something you can consciously affect, which is what a weapon is. Even though fear of the unknown is not what many would say is the root cause of say creating nuclear weapons or slandering another culture/civilization through fundamentalism, it is still indirectly responsible for those actions. What Raphael said about knowledge in relationship to its double sided blade rings true in light of real wisdom. The ancient greeks said that the path to true wisdom lies in admitting that you dont know anything. In this paradoxical universe that means you know everything and therefore there is no unkown and therefore nothing to fear.

Anyways, time to go restock up on small pebbles for my sling shot and practice curse words in Portugese.
