Launching a Paper Airplane from a Skyscraper

Folks,

If we are only going to live once, we might as well have some fun while we are here.

I think it would be very amusing if a group of Peak Oil doomers met at the top of one of the world's tallest skyscrapers. They bring a well-designed paper airplane and a few bottles of champagne.

Then, after a short speech from one of the doomers, the plane is launched. They watch with delight and laughter as the plane circles the city below. Perhaps they would set a world record.

It is easier to enslave a people that wish to remain free then it is to free a people who wish to remain enslaved.

Sounds like fun, but I am afraid we will be labeled as terrorist due to the news station making up stories about how we are doing strategic planning for a terrorist attack.

When I was twelve my parents took me to Paris. My dad and I launched some paper airplanes from the Eiffel Tower. Was good fun, I still cherish the memories ...
I am a sarcastic cynic. Some say I'm an asshole. Now that we have that out of the way ...
