So the Russian Mafia comes in and sucker punches the SEC and Wall Street for $400 million thus dropping a poison pill into the system thus bringing US to her knees!

Oh my!

Stop filling dumpsters, as much as you possibly can, and everything will get better.

Just think it through.
It's not hard to do.

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('NEOPO', '
')I think they are waiting for social security money to get dumped into the system before pulling the plug yet that could just be my own optomism

What SS money? It's spent. SS money does not exist. The only logical course of action is to let the new SS money flow in and scam the system ad nausea.

Hey MD, 400 million might not seem like much but that is just one case that likely has been repeated thousands of times. We might never know.

I too eagerly await Mr. Bill's analysis.

Right. The worst part is grandma getting screwed. There is absolutely no recourse for her or her peers.

Brilliant slide show.

Good thing I saw it before I became heavily invested in stocks.

I can't put it into words how upset I am that brokers can take your money, and give you nothing in return. There is no way for a buyer to request that all stocks purchased be real. There is no way for a buyer to request to be told which stocks are failed to deliver.

It's even more upsetting how many failed to deliver stocks are in the system. Every day, the septic tank fills up with more shit. How much longer before there's a critical failure, and all that shit blows through all the toilets in the neighborhood?

There is always a way to fleece the system, and always will be as long as there are entrepreneurs on the scene.

In this case, the thieves aren't just entrepreneurs, but trained, certified professionals.

Many systems have been fleeced in recent decades, and it seems that invariably, the bigger guy is fleecing the little guy.

The poor grandmother who wants to invest wisely has neither the knowledge nor the resources to fight the brokers.

Here's a great advertising logo for brokerages, "Low incidence of FTD stocks!" Wouldn't that make anyone want to start an account? Of course we'll never see such an advertisement because the brokers want to pretend it doesn't even exist.
