Whilst pondering how the neocons could extend their run legally we came across a delightful little nugget of thought that we would like to dump I mean share with you now...... ;-)

At least Cheney doesn't make a fool of himself every time he opens his pie hole. Just get rid of Bush altogether. Let him retire in his ranch.
