Photograph a cop = Go to Jail

Unread postby TommyJefferson » Thu 03 Aug 2006, 16:19:54

Be careful about taking photographs of police officers in public places.

This kid used his cell phone to photograph some cops in front of his house. They arrested him, took him to jail, and threatend to charge him with "conspiracy, impeding an investigation, obstruction of an investigation".

http://www.nbc10.com/news/9574663/detail.html

This man was charged with two felonies, "illegal wiretapping" and "tampering with evidence" after his home video surveilance system taped some cops who came to his front door...

Be careful out there kids. The Socialist blanket surrounding you since birth has instilled your peers with utter contempt for the concepts of Freedom and Liberty.

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('', '"')He opened up the gate and Neffy was coming down and he went up to Neffy, pulled him down, had Neffy on the car and was telling him, 'You should have just went in the house and minded your own business instead of trying to take pictures off your picture phone,'"

Are you really suprised?

Resistance is useless, get used to it.

If you don't like the plutocracy, leave.

That's what I plan on doing, only problem is, the rest of the world is as bad, or is getting there.

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('ElijahJones', 'I')t should'nt be surprising that you cannot start surveillencing the police.

So the person who videod Rodney King being beaten up should have been jailed?

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('ElijahJones', 'S')how me evidence that these guys were just everyday joes doing nothin and the cops started watching them or profiling them etc. Let's not fall directly into a George Orwell plot without evidence.

In the UK if a policeman is in uniform his PC number is visible. That makes him uniquely identifiable. I suggest that you do not have to cooperate with any person claiming to be a law enforcement official unless you see their identification which uniquely identifies them.
