It's an actual photo I took at Circular Quay station in Sydney. The train's an 'M' Set, otherwise known as the Millennium Train. Unfortunately, they were rather buggy in the beginning and have gotten the nickname "Millemons"

Still, they're nowhere near as bad as the Tangaras (or should I say Tangarbages) which not only have the most uncomfortable seats in the fleet (even the OLDER trains are better!), but they're a shocking train to boot. Early in their life, one fell onto the platform

All of the major incidents in Sydney's network of recent times have been caused by these dreadful trains.
Melbourne was wise to not use the design (they're exactly the same as the 4D trains, except on Standard Gauge).
