It's nice that they've posted a larger version. The previous one was so small you couldn't even read the dates on the timeline.

It's a great chart. Note the increase in consumption between 1950 and 1980. That's when we sealed our fate. If the rate of increase was only at the pre-1950 rate, we wouldn't be talking about oil shortages until the year 2200 or so.

Yep...I purchased one last year - quite nice.
I am glad the info is getting distributed to some schools/colleges.
